He provides counsel on developing and implementing asset protection and transfer strategies, qualifying individuals for Community and Long-Term Care Medicaid benefits, estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and obtaining substitute authority for incapacitated persons via guardianship or conservatorship. He also advises and assists families in obtaining and maintaining public disability benefits, including supplemental and special needs trusts and in administering estates.
